Deepen knowledge and extend application from Mindfulness in Practice Pt A

Research shows that applying neuroscience principles and mindfulness practices in therapy enhances  psychological change and growth. Mindfulness trains our ‘mind’ to harness our brain’s capacity for neurological re-structuring. Learning to harness these restructuring capacities is the new wave of therapy.
