Insight Counselling is the therapeutic wing of Insight International. We offer a wide range of counselling services designed to help you get the most out of your life. Our therapists are highly qualified and experienced psychological health practitioners and trainers.
Insight Counselling offers face-to-face therapy, Skype sessions, trauma therapy (ACC Reg), couples counselling, life-coaching, training and supervision for therapists. Our therapeutic style reflects the latest in neuroscience research.
Mindfulness practice impacts and transforms the quality of our lives – we can experience permanent positive change to our sense of self and sense of well-being.
Mindfulness is about intentional attention to the present moment, without judgment, with an attitude of kindness. With mindfulness, we can train our brain to use its natural capacities for self-correction to eliminate the unconscious negative patterns of thinking that guides our behaviour.
