A Level 2 Insight Professional Development Course for People Who Work with People
mindfulness in practice | part b
Current research shows that the practical application of neuroscience principles and mindfulness practices in therapy enhances positive psychological change and growth. Mindfulness trains our ‘mind’ to harness our ‘brain’s’ natural capacity for neurological re-structuring. The data is so compelling we can no longer ignore it.
Learning how to harness the restructuring capacities of the brain is the new wave of therapy.
Have you completed a ‘Mindfulness in Practice’ Part A and want to deepen your knowledge and extend your practical application – we invite you to our next training days.
