Pauline Skeates

Founder, Therapist, Teacher and Insight Thought Leader
Pauline Skeates is the director of Insight-International and developer of Insight Focused Neurotherapy – IFnT. She leads the work internationally and in New Zealand as well as being the founder and director of the busy Auckland therapy centre Insight Counselling Services. She is the proud mother of three adult children and ‘GG’ to her seven beautiful grandchildren. Her years of experience and vibrant and informative teaching style have earned her a reputation as a speaker internationally and in New Zealand.
Pauline provides training, guest speaking and counselling.

Sandy Fabrin
B. Couns., RGON., Cert. IFT., Family Court Reg., NZCCA
Therapist and Art Therapist Facilitator
Sandy works as a therapist at the Insight Counselling agency. Her particular interest is to use creative means for therapeutic ends, facilitating a healing process incorporating the principles from Insight Focused Neurotherapy as well as other modalities. Sandy tailor-fits her therapeutic approach to suit the needs of each individual. Her approach can also incorporate Art Therapy. For those specifically interested in Art Therapy, Sandy offers individual and/ or group sessions.
Sandy is the mother of four adult children and the Nona to two beautiful grandchildren

Eugenia Seabright

Practice Manager & Executive Assistant
Eugenia coordinates all the activity for the Insight team in New Zealand. She manages the day-to-day functions of the practice, course registrations and materials, our Brick Barn Auckland Venue hire and can answer any questions you have about our services.

Graphic Designer
Sasha Maya is our design specialist with over 15 years of experience. She is the point of contact regarding any Insight branding matters and provides support to our international teams.
